The Interface
FretPet Display
When you first begin there will be 6 windows on the screen. You should have
your resolution set to at least 800 x 600. FretPet will work with lower
resolutions, but the screen will be too cramped to work comfortably.
There are eight Palettes (also called Floating Windows) in FretPet. These
windows are always active and remain on top of your documents if any are
open.
The palettes in no particular order:
• Toolbar Palette
• Scale Palette
• Chord Palette
• Guitar Palette
• Info Palette
• The Circle Palette
• Diagram Palette
• Piano Palette
Your documents are referred to as "Chord Banks," a place you can use to store
and retrieve your work. Read more by clicking here:
